Ethiopian Kochere Coffee Beans

This one is a favorite, is not a very well known coffee from Ethiopia as it used to be mixed with Yirgacheffe until someone realized it’s a special coffee on its own accord!

Juicy, some light spice and nice balanced fruitiness and a hint of lychee

It’s very delicate and again very versatile.

Works better with espresso filter and stovetop, without milk but can take it easily also!
